We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Mining Supervisor to join our team in the coal mining belt of the Kulti,Dhanbadh, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should be motivated, disciplined, and ready to take on field responsibilities.

Salary:– 13,000/- to 16,000/- monthly+ ESI+ Free lodging

(Affordable canteen facilities available)

Duty Hours:– 10 to 12 hours, depending on work pressure. (Sunday Holiday).

Job Locations:– Kulti, Dhanbadh, Jharkhand.

Bihar, Dhanbad and all over Jharkhand

Job Responsibilities:-

Checking production output according to specification.
Monitoring number of trucks loading, unloading and generate report.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Create and maintain proper documentation of production performance & progress.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required Qualifications:-

Minimum HS pass, Diploma in any specialization, Any Graduate, B.Tech/ B.E. in any specialization.

Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Word.

Good communication skills on Bengali, Hindi.

Experience:- Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience.
