We are looking for a Student counsellor with 3+ years experience. Candidate should be able to recognize student’s talents and encourage them to explore various career options based on their abilities.

Position:- Student Counsellor

Location:- Nutanganj, Bankura

Vacancy:- 01

Salary:- 14000/- to 15,000/- + Travel Allowance (TA) + Incentives

Work Hours:- 10.00 am – 5.30 pm (1 weekly off)

Eligibility:- Male and Female candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities:-

• Helping students to develop better habits.
• Identify student’s strengths and talents.
• Assisting students in preparing for college admissions and achieving after college career goal.
• Analyzing students behavior for improvement.
• Interacting with parents to ensure a supportive academic environment .

Required Skills:- Excellent problem-solving abilities, Strong assessment, Effective communication, Adaptability

Required Qualifications:-

• Minimum High Secondary pass or Graduation pass
• Basic computer knowledge is essential
